1. PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
1.A TERM TIME DANCE CLASSES Payments/Refunds Policy
- The full cost of the term must be paid in full before the start of term. If you would like to arrange instalments, we are happy to set that up for you. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- All term booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the space has been reserved for that child for the full term. The full payment is payable regardless of sessions missed or if your circumstances change. Missed sessions may not under any circumstances be added onto the end of the term.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances to ensure the sustainability of the company.
- If live classes have to stop due to Covid-19 they will automatically continue on Zoom for the duration of the term.
1.B HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS Payments/ Refunds Policy
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- We will hold your place for 3 days after emailing your invoice, if you wish to do your payment later or to arrange instalments, please do let us know via email, we are happy to arrange this for you.
- All cancellations and changes must be put in writing and emailed to hello@creativeartskids.co.uk
- If a booking has been paid for by the parent before a cancellation, a refund will be payable off:
100% Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the workshop:
75% Cancellations up to 3 days prior to the workshop
0% Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop
2. STAFF CHANGES
- Creative Arts Kids Ltd reserve the right to change teaching staff at any time.
3. EXCLUSIONS
Exclusions in the event that we consider:
A) That you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any regulations issued from time to time by us.
B) The behaviour of your child is disruptive or likely to put other children and Creative Arts Kids Ltd staff in danger. Creative Arts Kids Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
C) You behaviour towards us, other customers, children in their care or our employees is disruptive, inappropriate, consistently negligent (including late collection of your child) or likely to bring us into disrepute, we reserve the right to exclude your child from any Creative Arts Kids Ltd activity or part thereof. In the event that your child is excluded, no fees or deposits will be repaid to you and we reserve the right to seek payment of the balance of any fees due to us.
4. CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS
- We reserve the right to cancel any class or service at any time up to and including the date the activity starts. Should this occur, we will endeavour to give you at least a day notice and will attempt to offer you a viable alternative or we will offer you a credit on your account for the value of the classes pro-rata.
- We will offer a refund, credit or make up classes if classes are cancelled for reasons beyond our control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions such as snow, fires and school closures.
5. HEALTH AND INJURIES
- We accept children on the assumption that they are in good health and it is your responsibility to alert us to any medical complaint or history suffered by your child.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at hello@creativeartskids.co.uk / 07715995951
- YOU MUST DECLARE IF YOUR CHILD HAS SEN, SO WE CAN ENSURE THAT WE CAN PROVIDE THE NECESSARY CARE, AND ATTENTION TO EACH OF OUR STUDENTS.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
6. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING
- From time to time photographs, film and video recordings may be made during Creative Arts Kids Ltd activities for publicity or promotional purposes. Please inform us on the signed order form if you do not want your child to appear or be identified in any such material.
7. GENERAL DISCLAIMER
- Creative Arts Kids Ltd reserve the right to modify, cancel or append to these Terms and Conditions and upon doing so shall provide you with notification that there has been a change. The current Terms and Conditions always appear on our website. On re-enrolment at Creative Arts Kids Ltd the most recent terms and conditions shall apply.
- These Terms and Conditions and any documents referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us in connection with your booking, purchase or use of your products and services superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
IN CASE OF COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
- If your child or anyone in their household has symptoms of Covid-19 (a new consistent cough, a high temperature or a change of taste/smell) do not attend Creative Arts Kids Ltd. Follow the government guidelines and contact NHS Track and Trace
- If a child develops a Covid-19 symptom during the hours of Creative Arts Kids, they will be safely isolated and asked to be picked up immediately
- We strongly advise they receive a Covid-19 test as soon as possible
- Use the online 111 NHS service and do not attend a GP office or hospital
