These creative classes will cover the fundamentals of classical ballet, jazz and modern/contemporary dance techniques. We will build strength, stamina and flexibility while enjoying the movement. There will be a big emphasis on rhythm, musicality and precise anticipation of dance steps. We will train our movement memory in order to dance more freely. We will encourage the participants to find artistry and make independent choices while dancing. The classes are dynamic, fun and will challenge you to move across the space, on the floor and in the air!

*All the participants are free to wear whatever they wish - anything that is comfortable, safe and easy to move in. For the best dancing experience, we recommend ballet shoes or socks providing that they are not too slippery.

*Parents/Carers are encouraged to leave their children in the class so they can engage in independent learning.
